We recommend using 2 to 3 traps for every 90 square feet. The more traps you set, the higher your chances of capturing mice effectively. For areas with heavy infestation, increasing the number of traps is highly recommended.

Some customers catch mice on the first night, while others may take several days. Be patient and avoid moving the trap frequently. Mice are cautious by nature—keeping the trap in one place allows them to become familiar and eventually get caught.

Yes! Our traps are non-toxic, fully enclosed, and contain no poison or glue. They are safe to use around children and pets. Still, we recommend placing them in discreet areas to avoid tampering by curious little hands or paws.

Mice typically travel along walls and hidden paths. The best trap locations include:

  • Behind appliances or furniture

  • Inside pantries or under sinks

  • Near food or garbage areas

  • Along baseboards
    Avoid placing traps in the middle of open spaces.

We offer a 30-day return window. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund. Return shipping is covered for defective items.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Simply contact our customer support via email or live chat. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if eligible.

If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we’ll cover the return cost. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used traps are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
